Goal: Run up the 437 west stairs at the Coquitlam Crunch just above Lansdowne.

Who’s the fastest up the west set of stairs of the lower Crunch?!  We’ll find out! This can be challenging. If you choose this option, you should be in excellent physical condition. Anyone attempting this category should be prepared to run up 437 stairs as fast as they can. We encourage you to enter and each year beat your own time!

Note: The Stair Master will see competitors starting at 30-second intervals, and those that cannot make it to the top on a run, are asked to step to the side path to continue up walking, as not to impede the next contestant running the stairs after them.

Awards: Gold, silver and bronze medals in four categories (male/female) 3-15 and under; 16-24 years; 25-44 years; 45-59 years; and 60+ will be presented.
